Reflexology is a complimentary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, correspond with different areas of the body. It is an ancient Chinese natural health treatment which has existed for thousands of years.

In this healing system, there are corresponding reflex points which connect to all parts of the body.

Application of pressure using thumb and finger techniques can assist in activating the bodies healing systems which can then create a sense of calm and relaxation. Creating conditions for a decrease in tension can offer a sense of clarity and peace and leading to a reduction in anxiety.

As a result of reflexology treatments, a sense of balance can be restored as anxiety levels are reduced.

Aromatherapy involves the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely believed to

stimulate brain function. The use of essential oils has long been a part of traditional healing systems and some spiritual rituals.

Aromatherapy is thought to work on a molecular level bringing together the mind body and spirit, because of inhalation and touch.

Balinese Massage the focus of the treatment relies on balancing energy. It is a deep tissue therapy which helps to stimulate the flow of blood oxygen and energy around the body.  The movements which are used involve firm pressure. Initially the treatment does not involve oils, but gradually ginger or coconut oil may be introduced. The benefits are physical and emotional as treatments alleviate pain from aching muscles and assist in releasing tension re-energising and balancing the bodies system.
