Welcome to the Balm Therapies site.  The term ’Balm’ is often used within traditional healing systems.  

It references individuals who historically utilised natural healing techniques to assist others in restoring balance and in cultivating a sense of wellbeing.

The techniques used by practitioners were holistic in their nature and fully reflected the importance of the mind body and spirit connection.

Balm therapies utilises a range of skills which can assist in alleviating physical, emotional, and psychological challenges.

With 20 years’ experience of working within the holistic therapy field, I have gained extensive knowledge of working with clients from a broad range of backgrounds who have required support and assistance in facilitating change and transformation.      

We offer strategies which assist in creating, clarity, and balance, and it is from this position that it is possible for clients to engage in the process of healing. 

My approach to working with clients is underpinned by a Person-centred  core belief system which creates a calm, empathic  therapeutic space, one in which the client is at the heart of the process.

My personal style is one of flexibility and openness with a genuine desire to support clients in moving forward in their lives.
